About the Session

Session times are not strict, but we advise to block out at least one hour at minimum. It’s important to have an environment where we can relax and have the time we need to get you the best images you’ve ever had. For professionals with no time to spare, we can take many great photos while keeping sessions short-and-effective.
During the session you will get coached on posing and expression (which is the core of a great headshot).
After shooting part of the session is done, we will sit down and go through your images together. We will give you our professional opinion, but you always have the final say.

Our base studio is located in Cozumel, but we cover entire Riviera Maya area. We travel and setup our portable mini studio at your location upon request.

How many photos will I get?

The session includes 10 un-edited and 1 edited/retouched image. But it’s entirely up to you how many images you want. In general, for corporate headshots we recommend to have different images for different use (one for LinkedIn, one for the website, one for marketing materials etc.)
You can purchase as many retouched images as you want. Price for each retouched image is $40 USD. Retouched images come in 4 different crops sizes to suite your needs.

How quickly do I get my photos?

Typically, the turnaround time is less than a week.

What is “retouching”?

Each headshot session includes at least one “retouched” image. You can purchase additional retouched images for $40 USD/each. Retouching process includes things like removing stray hairs, acne removing, whitening teeth, minimizing bags under eyes, toning down facial wrinkles, improving lighting and general image improvements.

I’m not photogenic or hate getting my photo taken, can you help?

That’s our secret sauce! You don’t need to have any prior experience. We will coach you throughout the session and you will be surprised how good you can look! If you come with a good attitude, you’re going to get some awesome headshots.

What to wear?

Pick clothes that make you feel good and are comfy, not too tight. Avoid flashy patterns or super bright colors that take attention away from your face. Bring a few choices, and we’ll help you choose what’s perfect for your headshot and what you’ll use it for.
