Cozumel Couples Photographer for Beach Portraits

Natural posing guidance for every comfort level. Most of our couples have never done a professional photo session together. We hear "we're going to be so awkward" more than anything else. But we start with easy, relaxed movement and build from there. Within ten minutes, you stop noticing the camera and start enjoying it.

We know exactly where to take you. Cozumel's west-facing beaches produce some of the warmest sunset light in the Caribbean. We've photographed at every accessible beach on the island and match the right one to your session based on time of day, tide, and how busy it will be that week.

All logistics handled, especially for cruise visitors. You're on vacation. We coordinate location, timing, and transportation details so you just show up and enjoy the hour. That goes double for cruise passengers stepping off the ship in Cozumel for the first time.

Your phone doesn't do this trip justice. Vacation photos are usually selfies with a tilted horizon or a blurry shot from a stranger holding your phone. A session gives you portraits where you're both present, both relaxed, and both looking at each other instead of a screen. These become the photos you frame.

Playa Mia is where we shoot most of our couples sessions in Cozumel. It's a free public beach, five to ten minutes by taxi from the cruise port or most hotels. The late afternoon light here is the best we've found on the island. That's why most couples who ask for sunset end up on this beach.

Chankanaab Park is good if you want variety in one session. Jungle paths, stone ruins, a small lagoon, and ocean views, all within a few minutes of each other. We move between backdrops on foot, and the park entrance gets you a full day there if you want to stay after we wrap.

If you're staying at a resort with beach access, we can come to you. The one thing to check is whether your resort allows outside photographers. Some don't. Once that's sorted, we plan the session around the light and the spots that work best on the property.
